Love, love, love this kit. Lots of fun but also easy to use. Good customer service when I contacted them to say my items had not arrived. Making some fun presents.

Nice and easy website to use and order from. Very clear what your getting and product a nice quality. Value against buying all the items separately, although could include more paint to match the quantity of clay supplied.

I ordered two terrazzo and Jesmonite kits last week. They didn’t arrive on my nominated day so I emailed customer care and Katie got back to me right away offering a solution. The next day the kits arrived. I am so pleased as I had planned to use them this weekend. Thanks for the great customer service

They did alright overall, order arrived on time and the products are mostly of decent quality but the two saucepans in my starter kit fell sick within two weeks. The handles got loose so now I have to tighten the screws every now and then because if I don’t, the handle comes off.

The experience with Noah is great, the design and feel of the product, the quality of the product, and the efficiency in which it was delivered. I bought the pottery starter kit for my wife as part of her Christmas and she LOVES it!

Love their branding and my GF was super happy with the present. Instructions are easy to follow and we had an awesome Sunday afternoon together without being clued to the phones or Netflix ?

The package was named a starter kitit was supposed to be on 20 of December I moved to the new home on 21 stayed. With o cup or suacer till 26 because the shipping company DPD will email me every day that the parcel will be delivered today and by 3 O’clock sorry we have an emergency we can not deliver it till after Christmas they spoil the whole idea
They gave no explanation and behave as nothing happened

We ordered the Jesmonite & Terrazzo Starter Kit which arrived on time which was great considering the last minute nature of the order.

In terms of the kit i feel extra mixing cups are required as easier to mix in some larger ones we had at home. Instructions could be better as again i think you need to add more chips than suggested but with trial and error we made some great items.

Would use again as good fun but the process is a day or so long with the making of chips, coasters, drying and sanding

Delivered close to date promised which was an achievement in itself bearing in mind how busy all the courier companies where due to the postal strikes.
The pottery starter pack was nicely packaged and the contents all looked very good value for money. Wife was very pleased with it (although hasn’t started on it yet)

Great experience despite delivery chaos due to Royal Mail strike.

Noah reached out proactively about a delay with the order due the strike (they also had information on the website before I ordered mentioning that delays are likely). When my parcel didn’t get delivered by DPD they sent out a new one within hours and it arrived safe and sound the next day… just in time for Christmas.

PS. Reading the other reviews here it seems like people blame a small startup for something that is clearly due to the Royal Mail strike and not caused by the brand itself…

I ordered a package for delivery 19th December which still has not arrived.

I have not had a reply from Noahs Box since a couple of days before Christmas Eve, despite messaging them asking for an update.

I was initially satisfied with the option to just hold on a couple of days, but this time has been and gone and the poor communication from the company has compounded the issue.

Fantastic kit, box and yarn etc but the instructions are so difficult to even figure out how to make a simple hanging plant holder. Think will have to use good old you tube. Value for money with the kit but the instructions really fail it.

Noah replied immediately to my query re what to do about my delayed parcel. They offered to retrieve it from Evri and refund me.
Absolutely fantastic service and highly recommended.

Addendum: excellent quality candle making kits were loved by g'children as we're the acrylic paints. I know my parcel was received by Evri a while ago & delay was with them, not Noah. Evri have been inundated this year due to postal strike. Noah stepped in, contacted Evri to ask them to retrieve & deliver my £87 parcel. It was delivered on Xmas Eve.
